Usually, storing a set of dumbbells with weight plates and kettlebells in a home requires quite a bit of space. This isn't always feasible, and why bother? The creators of Practix have come up with a more convenient solution: the dumbbell-kettlebell hybrid that won't take up much space.

Design and Varieties

The Practix dumbbell-kettlebell is designed to meet the needs of those who want to regularly exercise and save space. It's a metal construction that allows you to adjust its weight by adding or removing weight plates. To change the weight, simply use the Clik&Turn key provided, making it extremely user-friendly, as emphasized in their videos.

Two types of sets were offered, divided into different weight categories – M25 and M45. The M25 set is suitable for fitness enthusiasts or those who prefer outdoor workouts. The dumbbells in this set range from 5 to 15 pounds, while the kettlebells range from 10 to 25 pounds. For home workouts, it's recommended to use the M45 set, which offers higher weight variations. The dumbbells in this set range from 5 to 30 pounds, and the kettlebells range from 5 to 30 pounds as well.

Creators' Innovations

The main idea behind the creators' concept is maximum space-saving. The set of lightweight dumbbell-kettlebells includes three types of dumbbells and four types of kettlebells. The heavier set comprises six dumbbells and seven kettlebells. Storing these sets only requires a small cabinet, eliminating the need to convert part of the house into a gym or purchase special equipment for sports gear storage.

One of the advantages of Practix is the ability to connect two sets together. A useful feature is that if you need a weight heavier than what one set provides, you can add pieces from the second set, increasing the weight. In simpler terms, all sets are compatible with each other.

Project Implementation Success

Practix is currently in the preparation stage for industrial production of their dumbbell-kettlebell hybrids. The crowdfunding platform Kickstarter is raising funds for the start of production. Back in early February of this year, the targeted amount of 35,000 euros was exceeded, reaching 45.5 thousand euros.
