Many people around the world suffer from hair loss, and while no cure has been found yet, individuals often resort to using wigs and hairpieces. Cesare Ragazzi Laboratories, a company from Italy, has taken a significant step forward by creating a technology that produces 3D hair almost indistinguishable from real hair, known as CNC technology. This groundbreaking technology is supported in 12 countries worldwide, including 12 states in the USA. Consequently, in specific hair salons or medical clinics, individuals can now obtain "new hair" through this advanced technique. The process not only involves creating the hair itself but also a 3D scalp on which the new hair securely attaches. This innovative "scalp" allows the hair to appear natural on your head, making it virtually impossible for anyone to discern that the hair is actually artificial.

How Does It Work?

  1. A head mold is created to restore information on how the hair grew, curled, the natural parting, and other details. This meticulous process ensures that the hair looks remarkably natural, despite being artificial. Both the hair and scalp are crafted using a 3D printer.
  2. A biopolymeric wig is worn on the head and fits so naturally and securely that it allows activities like swimming, diving, sports, and even sleeping. Developers claim that the wig can be worn continuously. The only inconvenience lies in monthly salon visits for wig maintenance at the clinic. A professional hairdresser will clean and style the hair without removing the wig from the head.
Moreover, there is no available information regarding the impact of wigs on human health. Developers assert that thanks to proper scalp ventilation, there is no harm done. These wigs are primarily designed for individuals who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy. Biopolymeric wigs serve as a great alternative to conventional synthetic wigs. Enjoy this article?
