The Supercyclers Project

he Australian project Supercyclers aims to tackle this issue by recycling plastic waste found on beaches into stylish plastic tableware. This project is not an exaggeration; it concerns every inhabitant of our planet.

The Project's Concept

Supercyclers is a group of designers whose work focuses on creating art objects from recycled materials. These individuals pursue multiple goals simultaneously - creative, environmental, commercial, and even educational. Supercyclers not only produce beautiful and practical items from plastic waste but also draw public attention to the problem of ocean water pollution.

he collective has already released its first tableware collection featuring eleven items, each designed by a different artist. The collection includes bakelite pitchers, bowls, cups, plates, and even a desk lamp. This tableware is aesthetically pleasing, resembling marble products in appearance. Looking at them, one must admit that it's unlikely anyone would want to discard such beautiful items. Supercyclers are successfully achieving their goals!
