High-Efficiency Gas Burner

We have all grown accustomed to the classic round shape of burners on gas stoves. However, if you think about it, they are actually highly inefficient. Designer Alireza Alavi proposed a solution to this subtle issue. Her idea is simple yet highly effective - replace the round burners with a more efficient spiral design.

How Does It Work?

Previously, only one knob was used to control the heat intensity, determining the flame's level. Now, there are two knobs. The first knob sets the radius of the spiral burner's flame, while the second adjusts the gas flow rate. This allows for optimal heating of pots and pans of any size.
