Living in today's fast-paced world, people often find themselves battling stress and fatigue. One effective way to unwind and relax is by using an infrared sauna. Unlike traditional Finnish saunas, an infrared sauna is compact and requires minimal setup costs. However, not everyone has the space for it in their standard apartment. It's much simpler to enjoy the benefits by visiting a spa or renting time at a facility with an infrared sauna. The demand for this type of relaxation option is significant, making an infrared sauna a promising business idea. It requires modest investment, is space-efficient, and can be operated from a separate entrance in a private home.

How does an infrared sauna differ from a traditional one? The key distinction lies in the heat source. Infrared saunas use special heaters to emit infrared radiation similar to the sun's warmth or a hot stove. These saunas operate at lower humidity levels, resulting in fewer contraindications for users.

In terms of size, an infrared sauna is barely larger than a wardrobe. Additionally, its power consumption is relatively low (some models operate at 2.5 kW, comparable to most household appliances). This means it can easily connect to a residential electrical grid (ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations). Installing an infrared sauna is straightforward and does not require any additional ventilation system enhancements.

The market offers various types of infrared cabins, ranging from basic models to deluxe versions crafted from high-end wood panels with added features like music playback and aromatherapy. A typical sauna session lasts 30-40 minutes, with the price varying based on the cabin's class. The more features your cabin offers, the higher the cost and the more services you can provide. Up to 6 sessions can be conducted daily, with potentially more on weekends when people have more time for relaxation and wellness activities. An infrared sauna can serve as a standalone revenue stream or complement a broader range of services, such as those offered by a beauty salon.
