In every household, having at least one live plant is a must. Whether the owners want to dedicate enough attention to indoor plants or prefer not to spend too much time caring for them, the flower pots described here will definitely come in handy.
Silicone Pots That Easily Adjust in Size
Over time, as the plant grows, it needs to be repotted into a deeper pot. This leads to accumulating old empty pots in the house, which we hope to use for new plants someday. However, a special design by designer Emanuele Pizzolorusso allows for saving space and time. His flexible silicone pots can be turned inside out for smaller plants and unfolded when the plant needs repotting.
Silicone pots have a simple and aesthetic appearance. They imitate traditional materials in color. Additionally, silicone pots are known for their high durability, shape retention, and practicality.
The idea came to the author when he saw workers in Helsinki cleaning up trash. They used large polyethylene trash bags, initially folding the edges to make it easier to fill the bags. As the trash bags were filled, the edges were unfolded again.
Pots That Rotate Plants Towards the Sun
Plants need a certain amount of sunlight for normal growth. In nature, flowers have the ability to be exposed to sunlight from all sides, but indoor walls hinder this. That's why owners of indoor plants are advised to rotate the pots from time to time.
To help plants get enough sunlight, the "Voltasol" pots from the "BAG Dissney" studio come in handy. Their conical base makes these pots movable, allowing them to be easily positioned to provide the flower with maximum sun exposure.
The "Voltasol" pots are handmade from high-quality environmentally friendly materials. Moreover, there are two sizes available: smaller ones for young plants and larger ones for repotting.
Flower Pot for Excess Water Collection
Completely closed flower pots are very harmful to plants: excess water left after watering, which the plant does not use, creates an unfavorable environment. In such conditions, the roots of your flowers may start to rot, and parasites may infest the soil. Using various saucers under the pots, as done in the past, is not very aesthetically pleasing either.
Thanks to designer Martín Azúa, there is a practical and beautiful solution to this issue. The pot he designed has a funnel shape with a small hole at the bottom, allowing all excess liquid to drain out.
To be more precise, this model is not just a pot but a very simple system consisting of the main container, a small ceramic tray for water collection, and a framework where the main container with the plant is attached.
The color scheme of the model is done in a classic style, meaning in natural tones, which is especially pleasing to the eye. Soft lines, simple design, and warm colors bring a sense of peace and coziness to the home.
