John Bender: The Man Behind the Gas Station Ranch
Farming in a big city may sound like a crazy idea, but John Bender didn't see it that way. As he strolled past a humble piece of land at the crossroads of two major highways, he was struck by the idea of creating a little slice of the past in the midst of towering skyscrapers. After purchasing the land, John established a ranch right in the heart of the urban jungle.
